My first sustained CFNM experience occurred some years ago during a dermatology exam. I had had one episode with skin cancer and was advised to have an annual skin check, advice I followed then and have continued to do so. When my name was called, I was escorted to the exam room by the physician's assistant - a twenty-something young woman, with shoulder length dark hair and a nice smile. She looked attractive in her blue medical outfit. The assistant instructed me to take everything off and handed me a robe that opened in the back. She asked if there were any particular areas of concern. I indicated a spot on my back and said that I had what appeared to be a large pimple on the glans of my penis. It didn't hurt, there was no indication of an underlying infection, but I had noticed it some time ago and wondered why it didn't go away. She nodded and left the room saying that the doctor would be in shortly. I few minutes later, the doctor knocked on the door and I indicated she could enter. She did and was accompanied by her assistant. She was a little shorter than me, perhaps 5' 6" or so with brown hair gathered into a pony tail. The doctor's complexion was incredible - I don't recall ever seeing another woman with such gorgeous skin tone and an incredibly beautiful face. Seeing her nearly took my breath away. The doctor said that her assistant had told her my concerns about my back and penis and said she would look at both spots during the exam. I was instructed to sit on the exam table and pull the gown up to the top of my legs. She checked both legs as well as my feet and between my toes. Then she had me lower the gown to my waist to examine my chest and back. I had a large skin tag on my upper left back and the doctor said it was harmless but asked if it bothered me. It did bother me in the sense that it was unsightly (according to my wife) and occasionally itched as I pulled on a t-shirt or took one off. That was enough to convince her to remove it, which she said she would do after finishing the initial exam. I was asked if I would lie down on the examination table and remove the gown completely. I complied. The assistant stood at the foot of the exam table while the doctor stood at the side and asked me to show her the spot on my penis that I had mentioned. My penis lay on the left side of my groin pointing at the doctor - fortunately I was flaccid and I pointed to the hard white circular pimple-like growth on my glans. The doctor explained to me, and to her assistant, that a pore had become blocked and over time, a sebaceous filament had been secreted and gradually built up. She said it could be easily removed but because it was in "such a sensitive area" she would numb it first. The doctor asked her assistant to bring her several things. I found myself thrilled to be lying fully exposed to two beautiful women and while I didn't get a full erection, my penis filled slightly. Before I knew it, the doctor grabbed my dick with a gloved hand, rotated it a bit and plunged a syringe into it. That shocked me - I'd never had had any kind of injection there. I was instructed to turn on my side, and she used the same syringe on my back. The doctor asked her assistant for two tools - one like a tweezer and the other a cutting black, and snipped off the skin tag. It bled a little and she placed a bandage on it. The doctor had me return to lying on my back. She moved to the other side of the table and prodded the growth on my dick a bit. She asked her assistant for another tool, a needle with a handle on it, and proceeded to try to stick the needle in the growth. Doing that proved somewhat difficult. My flaccid state allowed the growth to move about in response to pressure from the needle. To stop that movement she encircled my dick with her hand to place her thumb on one side of the growth and her index finger on the other side to hold the growth in place while she worked at it with the needle. The doctor asked if her prodding was hurting me and I said I couldn't feel a thing but please be careful with that. Both the doctor and assistant smiled at that comment. I recall the assistant had a beautiful smile with perfect white teeth. As the doctor prodded me with the needle to loosen the filament, my penis began to pulse. I knew she could feel my dick growing and I expect the assistant, who all this time remained sat the foot of the exam table observing all, could see pre-cum begin to emerge. The needle dislodged the filament and the doctor used the tweezers to remove it. She said "that's a difficult area to bandage and it doesn't appear to be bleeding so I'll spread a bit of antibiotic ointment on it and you should be good to go." I thanked her and said I truly appreciated her pain free removal technique. She replied that I was welcome and she and the assistant left the room. I found that I was thrilled to have spent some minutes naked in front of two very attractive women who spent a fair amount of time looking at my penis. Nothing similar has happened to me since, but I wish it would! |
