How often do Scottish people wear kilts? Is it a common practice? I would love to wear one in a windy day in front of a crowd of women :-)

Weddings and events is normal. But often will be worn when Scotland play an international game (Rugby or Football) together with a relevent replica shirt. VERY rare to be worn in every day attire, but not unheard of.
